DIVINE GUIDANCE
“Father God within, I trust that your divine hand shall lead me in the way of my greatest good and that your will and infinite love shall see me through to the light of my awakening. I trust you now and always for my safety, for my being is secure with you and I know that you and I are One forever. So be it.”
This next prayer is similar to the one my friend, Charles Jacquin (author of S.A.I.N.T.), says every day. I just gave it my own flavor. It works!
MORNING PRAYER
“Holy Spirit, please put in front of me the angels you choose for me to meet and the episodes I can embrace solely to serve you. Fill my heart with more exquisite light and expansive love. I honor you and ask for nothing but to be blessed with further insight and inspiration, in order to be of even greater service.”
Saying this prayer causes me to accept everyone that is put in front of me as a divine gift and I know there is a connection that we are to have. When I meet new people, I sometimes ask “What can I do for you?”
Jacquin’s book (S.A.I.N.T.: How to Live More Fully in the Spirit) speaks about everyone’s ability to be a saint. Not a canonized saint with authorization from the Catholic church, but a living saint. I highly recommend his book. Here’s something else that I always keep in front of me to remind me of what’s his book shares:
I completely SURRENDER to the Holy Spirit’s love.
I totally ACCEPT the Creator’s will.
I willingly INVITE the Holy Spirit to comfort, teach and guide me.
I am here NOW. Present. Aware and living in higher consciousness.
I fully TRUST that all exists in Divine Love.
Remember the tapping exercise, “Even though I’m going through this…I fully and completely love and accept myself”.
RELEASE PRAYER
“Consciously and subconsciously, I now choose within my breath, with every exhale…I let go and release all to God/Source and with every inhale, I completely and freely receive all the divine gifts that the Universe is offering me.”
Wherever we go and whatever we do,
we’ll go higher because of our love.
One last thought about life from comedian and philosopher, Bill Hicks:
“It’s just a ride.”
