PROGRAM

Each day starts with a deep meditation, followed by teachings that challenge us to be in the highest consciousness and self-love. Old stories and negative beliefs will be addressed and let go. Over the 3 or 5 days, we’ll engage in morning rituals of stretching, qigong, yoga, and meditation. Adventuring on the land gives us an opportunity to release stuck energy, play and challenge ourselves physically. Several days will include a guest speaker who is a respected wise elder and healer in Sedona. Content and teachings will reflect your specific needs. The stones (Grandfathers and Grandmothers) have been purifying themselves in the sacred fire for hours. Water will be poured to release energy (steam) and bless all participants and their prayers. experience a light, ceremonial, purification/sweat. Afterwards (2-3 hours), make your way down about 20 feet to a refreshing, cold plunge into Oak Creek.

You will actually be in a large cage with wolves! Experience the medicine of brother and sister wolf, their teaching and their unconditional love. The wolf sanctuary was once Morgan Earp’s home and a site rich with history, sacredness and native ceremony. The wolf sanctuary is a rescue, rehabilitation and educational facility for wolves, wolf-dogs and visitors. The wolves are not only ambassadors for their own kind, but for all animals, both wild and domestic. They are Medicine Wheel teachers! Last thought: “I am confident about the inevitable personal shifts that happen during these retreats. I have lived some of what you’ve been living and I now realize a life that I never thought possible or even knew existed. I have a “tribe of peers” that I bring in to co-facilitate with me to fill in gaps and give a different perspective.” – Daniel Posney
